Day 2 afternoon session - Breaststroke

A dedicated breaststroke session this afternoon started with inspirational technique videos by Olympians Chloe Sutton and Brenton Rickard.  A whole session of breastrsoke technique where both squads displayed great enthusiasm and effort toward understanding and acquiring new skills.
