Day 3 Final Afternoon

A quick lunch after land work and then straight back to the pool for a kick set and then finally the ‘Baseball Challenge’ ( swimmers can explain it to you!) where Hendrik’s team were the eventually winners.

Now back on the coach home with tired but happy swimmers.

The end of a great camp. Swimmers tried really hard and hope they picked up many of the skills covered this weekend.
