End Day 1
Some fine grub followed by some team time. Tonight’s challenge was to come up with a new team chant ( and only 10mins to do so!). Some very creative ideas!
Awards for the session today was very difficult to choose as many stepped up to the tough fly session. In the end awarded to:

Lights out at 10pm and all quiet ( for now!)
6.15am meet tomorrow for swim session at 7am!
