Day 3 and a (small) lie-in this morning with a 6.40am meet for a freestyle video technique session before heading to breakfast at 7am!   Suitably fuelled up and then over to the pool for the 2 hour freestyle session! Land training and team work

A great session using the specially equipped  swimming  gym at Mount Kelly.  Great effort by everyone from monkey bars, pull-ups, rowing machines , floor work and more. A beautiful day ( and rare day without rain we are told) so team work outside afterwards. Teams were given a sheet and a ball and had to score as many goals as possible in a short time frame, without letting go of the sheet!  4 goals won the day!
